...that I'm sitting here on hold with my land line because the Sprint techno geeks haven't fixed my cell phone problem within the 36 to 54 hour window that they promised.
 
..........that they let Kered have any probelms in the first place, I'll have to drink a tea to understand this preposterous incident!
