I'd like to thank Xodlirv (and Ghostley) for taking care of things here yesterday. I'm feeling almost human today, so all is good!

Anyway, here we are at day #5 already! Seriously, where does the time go?? I can't believe we're at this pic already. Any of you giantess fans out there should appreciate todays effort, which is brought to us by none other than the very nice and exteremely talented darkharp! She also ran the Tickles For Toys charity event earlier this month, which was a success. Some kids out there will be getting some cool toys this Christmas morning thanks to her. That alone deserves a standing O from all of us.

Anyway, today we find the villainess Leviatha, who was no doubt up to no good at the city docks, (seriously, does anything legal ever happen at docks?) finding herself bested by All-American Girl. Evil never wins and all that! The corny pun can be blamed on Xodlirv 🙂

Now we are down to our final day tomorrow. Remember, the picture will reveal which superheroine we snatched up to add to the Black Feather Graphics universe. To commemorate the occasion, we got none other than Achilles to do the honors to handle her debut! I look forward to revealing it...

The final day already?? Its Christmas eve?? Man, I must be getting old since time is moving so quick! Or.....maybe I'm a time traveler. I'll have to ponder this one.

Anyway, as promised, today we finally get to show off our acquisition! We managed to keep our lips sealed on this nice little pick-up we made several months back. It's been difficult for me to constantly edit myself so I wouldn't accidentally spill the beans too early. Xodlirv seems to have had an easier time of it...I guess thats what age and wisdom do for you, right Xod? 😉

We at Black Feather Graphics are happy to announce that we are able to add Harvey Comics superheroine, the Black Cat (Linda Turner) to our comics universe! She had her publishing heyday back in 1941-1951, with some occassional appearances in the decades since then. We feel there's no sense in allowing her to fade away into total obscurity, so we snatched her up and she'll be making her first proper appearance in the Super G.A.L.S. in issue 4! However, before that, I thought it would be fun to look into the past on the Black Cat as a part of the Jingle G.A.L.S.! I knew that my pal Achilles would be perfect for a nice 1940's themed pic and he definitely did not disappoint! Without firther ado, here she is:

I'd like to give a last round of thank yous to all the awesome artists who have participated in the Jingle G.A.L.S.! You all did GREAT work and I'm going to be hard pressed to measure up to everyone's artistic take on our heroines and villainesses. I'm so envious of the sheer talent I've seen here!

I hope you all had some fun with the Jingle G.A.L.S. and thank you all for making the Super G.A.L.S. such a rousing success! Believe me, we've got a LOT planned for the G.A.L.S. in 2013, including getting the Cat hooked up with them. Stick around for the ride and enjoy the adventure!

Beautifully illustrated, as always! You have a way of capturing light like no other. I absorb your colour palette choices like a sponge. They are always so vibrant that fit the stress and emotions to a T. Great work, I love this piece. Your eye for detail is also something I envy greatly! Great piece.

While I don't know where he got his doctorate from, or even what he's a doctor of, I do know he's got a wonderfully cartoony and vibrant art style! This is so fun and sexy. I love the stockings as well as the simplicity of the piece. It really showcases your fun and cartoonish art style which I adore. It really reminds me of Tomato Dragon's style. Full of energy, fun and of course, sex appeal! I love the organic way you draw characters and it brings so much interest into your work. Fantastic piece! Enchantra is one hot enemy. I wish it were me eliciting laughs from her!

It seems that on Christmas morning, All-American Girl has found herself as a part of someone's gift! Who put this on their list? No blaming Santa.

Oh that All-American girl! What a mess you've gotten yourself into! This is a fantastic piece! It looks like the digital illustration world has been kind to you. I love your colours and of course the situation you've put your poor heroine in! I can't say that I don't envy her position though... Looks like a Christmas I'd quite enjoy!

This is JUST TOO CUTE!!!! I love the idea of tickling tiny creatures. It's just so much fun to imagine a giant feather or in this case - paintbrush - dancing all over their tiny bodies. This is such an exciting and fun illustration, I love her sexy mermaid pose while being tummy tickled by a paintbrush. Such a sexy pose and great piece all together. Great expression and colours. Me likey!

Darkharp, there you are! We lost you to a turkey coma, huh? You have to be careful when abusing turkey, as its easy to O.D.! (by the way, you still have the most distracting banner around!) I have been doing more digitally since I got a tablet and I have to say that I've been soaking knowledge like a sponge from Achilles! Seriously, the poor guy probably hates to see an inbound message from me at this point!

Thanks again to everyone who made the Jingle G.A.L.S. possible. It was a real blast seeing other artists takes on our characters. I do admit that I'm kind of jealous after seeing everyones renditions! I have to work really hard in 2013 to keep up with all the fine artists around here...

Speaking of which, the work on issue 3 has already begun and in additon to that, we have a little something planned for fans of the Super G.A.L.S. in the spring. I can't say anything more on that right now, but it should make a lot of people happy. 🙂
