Where X is the current Number Flive, 4.6579 < X < 4.6582
Also, the current Number Flive has 4 digits to the right of the decimal point.

The new number Flive has been revealed to me and I can say it's a rational number and if X is the number Flive then 4<X<5
 
If X is the number Flive then 4<X<4.03 and i can say the number Flive has 4 digits to the right of the decimal point.
