But the question is, is there a function that causes the boots to suddenly weigh 200 pounds? And then another function to "open" the soles of the shoes as well?

Well you see, first you...y'know what, here. *reaches over and presses a few buttons, causing the boots to suddenly "jump", making Sammi jump up on a nearby bed, landing on her back with her feet at the end. Then presses a few more buttons to create a magnetic field with the boots so they are bound to the bed by magnetism to the metal in it, then a few MORE buttons to make her boots lock on so she can't take them off*

How's that?
