*gasps with mock surprise* Oh no! How could I be so blind. *tugs on the stocks she's suddenly trapped in*

Yo. So now that you know, yeah, make sure Fun's ok with it, or else. 😉
 
Securing her firmly to the stocks, Kayleigh lay down by Sammi's feet. With a short pull, she had removed each of Sammi's boots. She ran a single finger nail down Sammi's left foot.
 
And you're supposed to be a lee. 😛

But I actually see what you're doing...I think.
 
Sammi bit her bottom lip, her foot scrunching in her striped stocking. She tried to hold in the laughter building up inside her at Kayleigh's delicate touch.
 
Grinning for a moment, Kayleigh pulled off Sammi's stocking. Seing her toes flex around, she took the string and secured Sammi's big toe to the top of the stocks. Daintily, she picked up a feather, and caressed it down the lengthof Sammi's foot.
 
Despite the string holding her toe back, Sammi tried to flex her foot. But as soon as the feather touched the bottom of her foot she lets out a frantic burst of giggles. She tried unsuccessfully to regain control of herself before Kayleigh could do worse.
 
"I think she liked that!" Kayleigh laughed to the other people in the room.
Placing her finger on Sammi's sole, and watching it twitch slightly when she did, Kayleigh dragged it along her arch again. But this time, she pulled it back up again, making a slow back and forth motion. Slowly at first, she increased the speed slightly, gliding her finger up and down accross Sammi's foot.
 
As soon as she felt the touch of Kayleigh's finger against the soft sole of her bare foot, she let out a squeek. Embarassed by her own reaction, it didn't take long before her laughter grew louder from the gentle stroking along her arch, the sensation travelling from the most sensitive part of her foot and strait up her leg.
 
Grinning to herself, though not as broadly as Sammi, Kayleigh added another finger to the strokes, now moving up and down with 2 fingers at once. Building up into a crescendo, moving faster and faster with her scrabbling fingers, she let Sammi feel the full torrent of her continuous tickling sensations.
 
The addition of Kayleigh's second finger made her jump, jerking against the stocks. The tickling sensations in her foot quickly drove her to unbridled laughter. There was no hope anymore of getting herself back under control unless Kayleigh showed mercy enough to give her a break, and Sammi sincerely hoped she wouldn't.
 
Suddenly Kayleigh stopped, letting Sammi get her breath back. Sliding carefulyl accross the floor and lying on her back, she moved under Sammi's other foot, and carefully removing the sock, tied her other toe up to the stocks. Now she could see that Sammi's bare soles were poised and helpless, unmovable against anything that could be done to them. Slowly Kayleigh reached up, and started to drag her finger up and down.
 
Having both feet now bound and helpless made her suddenly much more excited about what was going to happen to her. It was clear now this wasn't going to be just a tease, but Kayleigh was going to drive her into hysterics. She waited anxiously and as she felt her fingers return to her soles she immediately fell back into the steady growing laughter she had longed for.
 
Rotating herself around on the floor whilst continuing to tickle Sammis right foot, she reached over and began scrabbling on her left at the same time. She had no intention of merely teasing Sammi, who was obviously enjoying this as much as she was doing! No, this was going to be all out tickling.
As such, it wasnt long before Kayleigh started to go at both of Sammi's feet with 3 fingers each, faster now, using her nails for the best effect.
 
Sammi arched her back suddenly, sitting up in the chair as Kayleigh worked both of her helpless feet. She made no attempt to hide how much she was loving every second of the torment that she was receiving. The smile on her face grew as her laughter quickly became hysterical from the scratching of Kayleigh's nails against her skin.
 
Hearing Sammi's torrents of laughter, Kayleigh laughed out loud herself. Awed at the power she had, causing such sensations with just the small wiggling of her fingers. Continuing to tickle Sammis left foot with her hand, kayleigh reached down and picked up the feather again. This time, she began running back and forth between Sammis soles, watching her helpless feet try and twitch away...
 
Kayleigh knew exactly how to use the feather and immediately got a reaction. Sammi tried to unsuccessfully to curl her toes and trap the feather as it teased the sensitive skin between them. She threw her head back, squirming from side to side in the chair as she shook with the helpless laughter that filled the room. She had no desire to hold back at all now, letting out every shriek of laughter she felt.
 
Stopping suddenly, Kayleigh let Sammi get her breat back a bit. Getting onto her knees, she placed her chin on the top of the foot rest of the stocks, and looked straight at Sammi, Grinnig broadly and evily. Putting her hand above her head, she made claw shapes with them, and started to wave her fingers about teasingly, slowly moving them towards Sammi's feet, the whole time looking straight into her eyes with that same evil grin.
Finally reaching them, Kayleigh stroked at her feet with all of her fingers on both hands.
 
I think Kayleigh is a little drunk with power right now. :laughing:
