my vote goes for Women simply because they like to tease and be gentle and soft with there tickling they know how to tickle right. plus most girls have pretty long fingernails😀 😉

I think its both ways. A case for each

Men- because we don't know when to stop, and the fact that while tickling the body, we find a spot that drives them crazy, we tend to stay on that one spot, and tickle nothing else

Women- because they are more evil when it comes to payback tickling, and the fact they have the fingernails to drive you over the edge

I am usually tickled by my wife. I wish she were more ruthless. She always stops when she feels it is so intnese that it is a health danger. Well, I guess I should not complain about that but I would like to be tickled a little more intensely.
