Unfortunately, my first big dental procedure came at age 7 when I broke off a front tooth and needed a root canal and a gold cap.

The Case Of Brother 12

Edward Arthur Wilson name doesn't ring many bells but he was much better known as Brother XII or Brother 12. His father claimed that as a child in England he was visited by angels. In the South of France he claimed to have a vision in 1924. This I when he changed his name to Brother 12 and started The Aquarian Fpundation. He was a better con man than a religious leader and convince many reach people to donate Monet to his cause. He a.c. umalated enough money to buy an island off of British Columbia called De Courcy Island where he set up shop. The cult grew and Brother 12 developed quite a following. Trouble grew when Brother 12 claimed he was the reincarnation of the Egyptian God Of Osiris ... of course cheating on his wife and misusing funds did not help things either lol. Eventually in 1929 the Aquarian Foundation dissolved... but Brother 12 still had loyal followers. And found another lady called Madam Z He acummaleted large amounts of gold over 50 mason jars filled with gold. Again Brother 12 was a much better con man then a religious leader... but still things were strange. Again follower revolted and Britsh Columbia brought charges against him. At the trial he had followers faint on command to disrupt the trial... perhaps even stranger the judge for the trial went crazy. Brother 12 burnt all the buildings on the island he owned and left ... presumably with the gold. The gold has never been found. Supposedly he died in Swirzerland but no one believes that cause the death cerificare was signed by one of his followers. There is an account of him from his son being in San Fransisco

So who was Brother 12 ...ultimately in my mind just a con man who could prey on peoples fears and hopes a manipulator... a Jim Jones. Perhaps even more dangerous then that. The gold is perhaps still out there though i doubt it.

Odd thing about Brother 12 is he always had a fair number of peeps loyal to him no matter what. Despite all the treachery and deceit.

Lmao Me as well. Gold never sticks around long. You can put curses, traps or whatever somebody poor enough will come along to take it.

Brother 12 had that ability. Super scary levels of it too. I think he convinced the judge to go crazy so he could avoid jail.
