There have been specific times when I woke up tired even after 7 hours of sleep and I did remember nightmares.

Vivid dreams often are not restful. Especially nightmares.

There is a Sci Fi called The Lathe Of Heaven about a guy whose dreams sometimes become reality. Very good book by Ursula K Leguin

That is a very scary concept to me. My nightmares are really nasty and I don't want any of them to come even close to becoming reality. 😱

Well not too give away the book but it was essentially a gift from God that was only used for bad situations so no nightmares ever came true.
