Moving up to your toes, now, Steph, I give a firm but gentle rolling massage to each toe. :twohugs:
 
Now I move back down to the balls of your feet, Steph, once again massaging with both thumbs. :twohugs:
 
Now I move down to your arches, Steph, still massaging firmly but gently with both thumbs. :twohugs:
 
I wind up back at your heels, Steph, still massaging firmly but gently with both thumbs. :twohugs:

Oh, sorry there Mils, that wouldn't come off with the tooth brush. Lets see if we can kind of gently scrap it off with the ends of my fingers here, ..........................
 
Well, that turns out to be a shadow and won't come off, so, while NT is forking one foot (and I was very careful to spell correctly) I'll go back to using the brush. :happyfloa <<<<----
