Great Steph! I have been giving responsibility to be the person that closes the office and put in charge as one of my c0-workers is 5 months pregnant and she has plans to move to Alaska after the baby is born.I can handle,do anything that needs to be done in the office as I had a great trainer that had me jumping in with both feet and I got a .50 cent raise! :xpulcy: I have been training some new hires which is nerve-wracking sometimes as everyone learns at their own pace. Living with folks is going pretty well,though I really am looking forward to go through process of getting my own place.
