A sentence can be short.

A sentence can be of medium length, for example it can consist of fifteen words.

Or, a sentence can be very long, so long that a reasonable person doesn't even want to read it to the very end because it will strain their eyes and give them a headache to do so.
 
I like this thread already.
It gives me a chance to express myself more than word threads.

It's Monday everyone.
I'm lucky that I love my job and work with my best friend.
I wish you all a happy and positive day today.
 
I had a wonderful session with Goddess Shelly yesterday.

It lasted from 11am to 10:30pm.

We had dinner delivered about 8pm.
 
The a/c in our building hasn't been working.
I took advantage to come home early today.
It should be cooler starting tomorrow with the temps cooling and the a/c being worked on.
 
I had an aggravating day today.

And I failed to get my laundry done.

So, I will do laundry tomorrow.
 
I went to foot doctor today.

My feet are in good shape.

No more doc appointments till next week.
 
I'm working out now.
Then I will go to work.
And I will come home later this afternoon.
 
Thunderstorms are predicted for this afternoon and evening, both here in Manhattan and in Brooklyn.

It is not clear if today's Cyclones game will be rained out.

That would be a shame because it is scheduled to be their first home game in almost two weeks.
 
I really like this thread.
It's one of the best created threads I've seen.
Now I'm going to go read my book and rest on my couch.

There's a lot of fun threads on the SSF.
I can't really decide my favorite anymore.
But Hangman is definitely one of them.
 
The Cyclones were rained out yesterday.

I correctly predicted that and didn't waste a trip to Coney Island.

They will play a double-header today to make up yesterday's game.
 
Yankees are playing 2 games today.
I hope that they win both.
The weather was dreary all day long.

Why I am looking and thinking of new threads.

So the place can be even more fun.
 
Kurch is addicted to creating new threads lately.
This one is still my favorite one he created recently.
I really like it a lot.
 
In the first game of yesterday's doubleheader, the Cyclones came to bat in the bottom of the last inning trailing 2-1.

With the bases loaded and one out, the batter grounded into a fielder's choice, first baseman to catcher, cutting down what would have been the tying run at the plate.

Then, with the bases loaded and two outs, a player who had been injured all year and was making his first game appearance in Brooklyn hit a sharp ground ball into right field for two RBI and a walk-off single, making the final score Cyclones 3, Hudson Valley 2.
 
I am feeling really good.

I think it's cause of the new diet.

Of course the meds are helping as well
 
I'm taking one day at a time.
That is my new motto or at least I've finally learned to live with that philosophy.
There's no sense in worrying about the past or the future.
 
Thinking of some more threads to start.

Haven't come up with anything new yet.

When I do it will be very silly lol
 
Just working out this Saturday morning.
The sun should be coming out here soon.
I'm glad because we had a very cloudy and rainy week.
