Yea I know a few of them from the medical research place I was at.My brother, who is a retired physician, once told me that there are over a hundred obscure fatal diseases that I've never heard about.
He added that any one of them could kill me within six months and offered to describe them to me.
I told him to shut up because ignorance is bliss with regard to unknown fatal diseases.

One was using other people's telephones for half-hour long distance calls.
