I'm working out.

Then I will go to work.

The Cyclones trailed 4-0 after three innings in that 11am start.

Then they scored 6 unanswered runs to lead 6-4 after seven innings.

The game ended in a 6-4 victory.

I laugh at how 4 day weeks seem longer than 5 day weeks.

I have many 3-day weekends planned this summer.

I miss my mom every day

She died suddenly.

Still bothers me even to this day.

I was more prepared because my mother had a lengthy final illness.

One day in November 2017, I came out of a movie and turned my phone back on to find a voice mail message from my brother.

Before I even played it back, I knew what it would say. 😢

I dont think death is ever easy.

Especially when it come to people you love.

I carry on and help others when I can to cherish the memory of my mom.

That is a good healthy attitude.

I am comforted by the fact that my mother had a long life, dying at age 96.

I went running as usual this morning.

I had breakfast when I got back and fed Damian.

Now I'm working out while Damian naps.

My apartment is too small for a dog or a cat.

If it were larger, then I would probably have a cat.

That is because I am too lazy to walk a dog four or five times a day.

I don't have a dog or cat mainly cause I am afraid of vet bils.

They can quickly run up to five grand

Money sadly I just dont have

I have a friend who loved her cat and lived on the 6th floor of an apartment building.

One day when she was at work, the cat pushed the screen out of a window, climbed out onto the window ledge, and fell six floors to the sidewalk.

A neighbor took her cat to a veterinary hospital and the bill was indeed over $5,000.
