The Webchatroom not totally functional either

the new webchatroom has a glitch. There is no place to dock anyone, nor does it offer you the option if you click a user's name.
 
Yes, but it still functions as a chat room, which is better then none.

Soon it will be losing it's audio and video ability also, as they are going to charge for those. It will simply be a back up room to use when the Digi room has issues.

Can you at least have the PM feature restored to the webchat room, rather than the annoying whisper feature?
 
There never was a PM feature in it. That was another item we discovered was an additional fee after we bought the room. To add it now will cost some dollars, and more significantly a big chunk of programming time from HDS, which he currently does not have.

I know the lack of a PM feature blows. But we simply don't have the funds to spend right now on that feature for the back up room. I apologize for that.
