Thinking about experimenting in the video biz... need some advice

So one of my closest friends happens to be a cute, fit young woman who is extremely outgoing, fun and will try pretty much anything at least once. I was considering asking her if she would like to give being tied up and tickled on camera a try. It would not be sexual in any way (no nudity/orgasm play) but if she did it she would be comfortable in a bikini. I have a a few questions:

1.) Any tips on how I could bring up the subject as casually as possible without freaking her out?

2.) Other film producers on here... how do you distribute your material? Does clips4sale charge a users fee to set up your own store?

3.) What is the general interest level of the rest of the community in "indie" tickling clips?

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I'm not a producer, but from what I understand I would recommend running the opposite direction and not looking back.

If you're thinking of doing it for any reason other than having fun with it and maybe getting some beer money, don't bother. Also, what the community says their interest level is, versus what it actually is when it comes time to buy are usually wildly different things.

If you don't know how to bring up the topic without freaking her out, I don't think you should bring it up to her at all.

Also, this. That said, a lot of my friends know I do what I do. I usually just say "I run a side business selling fetish clips on teh Interwebz." They ask what kind, I tell 'em. Occasionally, the cute ones who sound enthusastic and/or positive about it, I say "Would you be interested in modeling?" - and that's it.

Does clips4sale charge a users fee to set up your own store?

No, but they take around %40 of each sale. For the casual indie who can't be assed to maintain their own site and all that it entails, C4S is a good option.

3.) What is the general interest level of the rest of the community in "indie" tickling clips?

I'd say mixed, because while people scream about how much they want girls next door and amateurs all the time, the second you try and actually do it you'll also be criticized as a "huur guy with camera" and have it implied (both vaguely and directly) that the entire thing is a scheme so you can touch women under the guise of being a producer.

Me personally I love the smaller tickle companies and buy from them routinely. Just realize that's some of what you'll heard when you first start up and don't get discouraged by it.

If you have the slightest concern that you might freak her out, don't bring up the subject. You know her better than us, and if you have that kind of worry, there is a good chance she will be freaked out. And asking a friend if they'd be willing to star with you in a fetish video is something you can never ever take back!

I just want to say model release forms are your friend. I feel even people who get tickled that the producer calls a good friend should still sign one. Let's say you start making clips and your store becomes insanely popular. Let's say a friend you recorded decides ten years after she was recorded she starts to wish the clip never existed and could be taken down. Let's say the clip she starred in is your top-seller and you see no way you can remove it. Well if your friend signed a model release then she released the clip over to you and you have full rights over it. Whether or not the clip gets removed is up to you. If she doesn't sign then all she has to do is get lawyer and the first thing he'll ask to see is a model release form. If you don't have one then you'll pretty much be forced to take it down. This is why people should think long and hard before they model in fetish clips.
Oh and model release forms save you from extreme cases like a model saying the producer forced me against my will.

This is pretty much the biggest reason why I wouldn't model in clips like that. Because even IF it gets taken down...once on the internet, always on the internet.

I remember in one tickling-post video both ler and lee wore spandex-like fiber masks. I honestly found it really hot. Hint hint

I wouldn't try to make her into a fetish model for us losers to see. But maybe she might be interested in you and you two can enjoy a session. Good luck!
