Expected events in the Star Wars III: Return of the Sith
2: Sadly Padme Amidala Death
This can't happen in this movie as the supposed last shot of the film is Obi Wan delivering a baby luke to his Aunt and Uncle. So Liea would be the same age at the end of the movie too, a baby. Now In Return of the Jedi, when Luke asks Lieah if she remembers her mother, Leiah talks of her as she died when Liea as a kid as she says:
"I remember her always being sad...why do you ask?"
Well she wouldn't have been able to have that memory if she was still a baby. They filmed the last scene of Ep 3 when filming in the desert of Tunisa on the set that would become the farm that Luke grows up on. So this can't happen per the timeline already established in ROTJ.

Hosetickler23 said:Actually in all technical sence Leia says she was very young both Luke and Leia are about 20y/o in ANH making them 22-23y/o ESB and 25-27y/o in ROTJ Obi Wan took Luke away due to Palpatine knowing that any Skywalker would be extremely powerful in the Force Arts. Padme hides on Alderon with Bail Antillies to assist in Hiding Leia from Palptine. Luke would not remember his mother and Leia would have only some memories.
I get distracted by in between stuff

Jim, I understand that. Films are rarely shot "in sequence". I can recall of hearing of two films shot in sequence that I know of. I am sure there are more but I know of only two. Signs, even though a few scenes where shot out of sequence, most of it was shot in sequence. I can't remember the name of the other movie. But, when this particular shot was done Lucas himself had said, and it was reported in the media, that what he shot was the last scene for Ep. 3 during the Tunisia filming of Ep. 2. He did it as he didn't want to have to drag the crew back to Tunisia and build the whole set again for a few shots in that location when he already had the set built now. And since Ewan and the actors who play Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru was there along with a baby, well you get the idea what of what the scene is. The costumes are that Obi Wan wears is the same one that he is in in Ep 4. And it also follows in tune with the last scenes from all of the other movies that this would be it. Since Episode 4 deals with Luke as a teenager, this would be a shot of obi Wan giving luke to his Uncle and telling them to take care of him and he will be in the desert nearby as he is the "new hope". That he is the universe's last hope. Funny thing is, since Anakin was at the farm in Episode 2, wouldn't the worst place to hide Anakin's sone be at his setp brothers. Like Anakin (Darth) or Palpatine would never think to look there.Big Jim posted
Scenes are ararely, if ever, filmed in the order that they appear in the final movie. There's nothing to be drawn from knowning that the scene to be physically filmed was on the Tatooine homestead set in Tunisia. In Rocky II the first scenes filmed were from the climactic rematch between Rocky Balboa and Apollo creed.
I think it's more than likely that Padme is going to die in this film, as I've heard the rumour from a number of sources (none of which are aconon admittedly). Lucas has already done a few teensy continuity errors, so Leia having a residual memory from when she was a baby wouldn't necessarily throw the entire series out of kilter.
