I just watched a 4 min video of a woman getting a pedicure. They were scrubbing her feet with a brush the entire time. I wouldn't think someone who is extremely ticklish on their feet could handle it without going hysterical. I have mixed feelings about pedicures. On one hand it would remove the dead skin and make your feet super soft and sensitive. On the other hand, if a person can handle a pedicure, it seems like it would take a lot to get them laughing while tickling their feet. I wouldn't think it desensitizes their feet, just that it might allow them to control their ticklishness?
