tickle by a doctor

What about tickling your fellow classmates in medical school during those practice labs? I have a friend who dreaded any kind of physical exam lecture since she basically everyone would laugh at how ridiculously ticklish she was. You couldn't even stand next to her without her getting those anticipation giggles! Not the best lab partner for the sake of learning, but fun nonetheless.

Ultrasound. I was fine when I was on my back and she was checking my stomach, but when I had to roll over on my side and she was probing my ribs, I was having some problems. Especially when she would take it off and drop it someplace else.

I got the feeling a lot of it wasn't necessary on her part. She would laugh and joke around saying she was sorry, but I got the feeling she was just having a little fun with me.

No harm.

Anyone ever need x-rays of their hips? I took a fall on my bike and needed to get checked out. Any x-ray technician will verify this.

I was laying face up in the table waiting to be x-rayed. She walks over and starts to position the device over my hip and starts poking around in the crease of my hip/lower abdomen. That is an AWFUL spot for me, so I flinch and start jumping around on the table.

She said she's sorry, but she needs to find the top of my hip bone to position the camera correctly. This is actually true as I have had these same films made in the past (yeah, another crash) and went through the same thing, but that tech was much more gentle.

So I had to go through this same poking/positioning for every film shot she wanted to take and then also for the re-takes that didn't come out clear (which there seemed to be an inordinant amount).

A few times, my reaction did provoke laughter from her and then a sarcastic "sorry" from her, but it was really unecessary as she could have moved slower and been more gentle with her pokes. I mean, she has to have run into that situation before. There's no way she could not have known how to get a less ticklish reaction from me.

This was a bit uncomfortable for me (that's a real sore spot), but no harm. Glad I could bring a little excitement and fun to her day.

Do they really do that in medical school? Practice labs where you do exams on each other??? Mmm makes me want to ask some of my med school friends about stories.....

Giving guys hard-ons must be an unpleasant (or maybe pleasant, depending on how attractive she finds him) or at least uncomfortable part of the job for female physicians, nurses, massage therapists and other occupations where one has to touch touch men who are either naked or covered by just a towel or medical gown.

I moved a while back and as my old doctor was too far away, I switched to a local M.D., an attractive young woman. The first annual physical had no ticklish moments. As I have been lucky enough not to be sick in over a year, my second physical with her is next week and will be only the second time I've seen her. Of course, I have the sense not to try to make tickle action happen with my doctor but if she accidentally tickles me this time, here's hoping my medical gown is loose. She is a very good-looking woman.

Twice.

Yes ---
1. I don't know if the first one was purely for reflexes but I was in the hospital and an older doctor, spotless reputation, does charity work in the third world, etc,
just quickly ran his finger firmly up my soles. I don't think I had my feet exposed, I think he had to move the bedsheet to do it -- I just remember looking at him with surprise, not really jumping, I don't even know exactly how my foot reacted, if toes curled or splayed, or if it just moved back. But it was so quick, I didn't make a sound.

2. Same hospital stay --- I KNOW this doctor was looking for it, :sherlock: perhaps wrong but his expression later was rather suspicious :illogical 😛 --- I had some kind of muscle pull under my arm, and the doctor had to examine deeply.
I was weakened and laying down, I think that made it much worse ---- he could see I was clenching my fist & my teeth, it was so hard not to laugh, move or shove him away ----

So he asked me if I was in pain, apparently I might've appeared to be. I just shook my head "no," couldn't even look at him or I remember thinking I would have just lost it -----

From there he KNEW --- He didn't ask anything else, that was the next and most obvious option, and he just quietly continued...

--- and I could SWEAR he kept probing my underarm much longer than necessary ---- Not long enough to be ridiculously obvious but it did seem too long
(though of course when you're trying desperately not to make a fool of yourself it'll seem like an eternity...)

But I got sortof even 😀 At the next exam 2 weeks or so after I was released,
again, I SWEAR he was aware & looking for it, there was something in his face when he asked me to raise my arm so he could check that out again...
it was a valid concern after all....

and I'm also reasonably sure he was disappointed when I didn't react ---- for whatever reason I was not at all ticklish under the arm when sitting up that day in his office ----
Very strange since I think I'm normally sensitive, but I might be wrong.

It was just funny because I was sure he looked puzzled & disappointed, and I just smiled at him ---
I'll bet he knew I was thinking "Ha!! Foiled!!! 😛"

He was cute too, pleasant and I think single,
but I didn't dare ask even if he was some sort of specialist and not my "normal" doctor ---

I'd just love to know if I was correct, if he overdid that underarm exam ---- (which I'd asked him to do initially, not thinking about tickling at all, just worried about the weird pulling sensation, which was somewhat painful, I didn't expect that to tickle) -----

and I'd still love to know if I was right, if he's one of us 😛 and if he simply enjoyed doing that since it *was necessary... He did recommend the book "Middlesex" so perhaps that had some hidden significance, but (I was stupid, oh well 🙄 )

I worked with an MD long ago who I am sure was a ticklephile. He was always trying to sneak a tickle with other nurses, and one time I saw him explain to a patient the surgery she needed to have done, and he did it by drawing a picture on her abdomen with one finger, very slowly. It would have tickled me to death, and I know that's what he was hoping for in that situation.

WOW very gutsy :yowzer:

Ticklers in tickle-friendly occupations

Several posts here suspect doctors of tickling patients on purpose. I'm sure it happens. Doctors, nurses, massage therapists, shoe salespeople - all those fields where one can tickle people accidentally or accidentally on purpose must have as many ticklers in them as any.

Maybe it was a male doctor who decided M.D.s wear those coats, such as the one modeled above. It hides your erection.

If I found a doctor who tickled me on purpose, I'd be sure to see if he or she is covered under my insurance and go for regular checkups. Love tickling from doctors!

I'd probably like it if I had a crush on the DR, however......

IIIII'd be a bit creeped out if I were to be tickled by a doctor. I've never been tickled by one, so far, but the last time I had my check up, I told my doctor about some hormonal issues that I was having, and she said that she wanted to see the hairline on my stomach - to see if I had a masculine hairline on my female body - and I (being the nervous and hyper-ticklish person that I am) I said "No, not today". She asked, like, three times, but I declined. I'm too ticklish there. Not sure I could have taken the worry of an accidental tickle, not to mention that my mother was in the same room with me.

..........My mother isn't allowed to be involved in ... any facet of my life.

That includes my fet.

It will be very difficult to find someone who's been tickled by a doctor any more than for a split-second during a reflex test.

Medical malpractice insurance is ridiculously expensive now, and a doctor who decides to unnecessarily tickle a patient will be subject to a massive lawsuit that can result in sexual harassment charges and a loss of their medial license.

Yes, but accidental tickles happen at the doctors all the time....

A bit of background....when Darcy and I first got together, it wasn't too long before I shared with her that I was into tickling. From Day 1, she never let me touch her stomach. I asked her if it was because it was ticklish and she said it wasn't the reason (the rest of her is pretty amazingly ticklish to). She said it was because she'd had an operation on it a few years back and that the area felt vulnerable since then, plus she was "self conscious" about it (no reason for her to be). I somewhat bought it, but didn't really understand. Eventually, it came out that indeed, she didn't let anyone touch her stomach because it was just too ticklish. Even placing a hand their causes her to immediately, automatically push it away.

So given that I have a strong affinity for both a) true tickling stories, and b) accidental tickling (e.g. doctors, pedicures, massages etc - things that aren't meant to tickle but do, because the person is just too ticklish...ah, i love it!), I had to eventually ask her about the doctors appointments that led to her having to have this minor surgery on her stomach (for a hernia-ish sort of issue, I think). The story that came of it is for me, an absolute dream story, beyond my wildest...

Darcy was nervous about having to have her stomach examined going into the first appointment because of how ticklish it is. She was fearing it a lot, and knew it was going to be difficult.

The time came and she was lying on the table on her back, stomach completely exposed. The doctor began to touch and feel around. Darcy immediately had to bite her lip and hold her breath to avoid laughing. She started to squirm a little bit, too. She tried hard for a while not to show too much how badly it tickled, out of embarrassment and hoping she could just get through it. But within seconds, she couldn't take it anymore and exploded into laughter.

"You're going to have to really try to hold still," the doctor said. "I'm not going to be able to feel what's going on if you're moving around too much."

"I'm sorry," she said. "I'm just really ticklish."

"Just try to hold still as much as you can."

"I'll try, but it's really hard...."

So he continued....she held her breath for another few seconds, and then exploded again with laughter, yelps, and squeals. She actually started pleading with the doctor, "Please!! How much longer?!!" She knew the more she squirmed and made a scene, the harder it would be for him and the longer it was take, but she couldn't help it. In fact, it got so bad that a few times she pushed his hands away.

She could barely breathe through all her laughing and screaming, and eventually had to beg for a break. "Please! Can I just have a break to catch my breath?"

Her wish was granted, but didn't last long as the doctor still had a job to do. He continued to feel around on her stomach, and Darcy continued to laugh hysterically, squirm practically off the table, almost trying to roll over onto her stomach to protect herself.

"Wow, I've never seen someone so ticklish before," the doctor said. This is a man who touches stomachs for a living, and he said he'd never seen a tummy more ticklish...

She was so relieved when it was over....but was going to have to go back again in a few weeks. That afternoon at the pool, she told her girlfriends about how intense the tickling had been at the doctor and how much she hated it and couldn't take it.

Before the second appointment, Darcy made up some strategies to cope with the torture - she tried to think of ways she could avoid losing it again, including holding her breath, biting her lip, trying to think of other things, etc. This second appointment started out with the doctor saying, "Are you going to be able to handle it this time?"

Darcy said, "I don't know....I'll try...." she braced herself...only to experience another similar session, equally torturous as the first.

These experience was more intense than any of her routine physicals that she'd had when her tummy was pushed on - including the time as a teenager when she was laughing so hard and yelled out between gasps, "Why am I so ticklish???"

THE END. I'd love to hear what parts of the story you liked best - part of the reason I like to share stories is to hear what people thought of them, what they liked most, and what other girls in this position would have done or been thinking.
