There's a book called Footsucker by Geoff Nicholson. It is pretty well reviewed by mainstream reviewers. I read it. It was pretty well written and has a reasonably compelling storyline.

It's been about 20 years since I took it out of the library, but if I remember right there was a fair amount of attention given to tickling though it was all in one chapter.

Off the top of my head, there was a book called "The Secret Sex Life of the Foot and Shoe", or some such. Also "The Erotic Guide to Tickling". I've read neither, so maybe someone else knows if they're any good? You can probably find them on Amazon.
