Tickle Therapy for Stress Relief

I actually had a Psychologist get tickled for a video once, she couldn't stop talking about how therapeutic her experience was.
 
I know sometimes hubby'll tell me that I seem tense and that I need a 'good tickling'.
 
My best friend was in a car accident a few years ago and it left him with sensory problems, among other things [back and muscle issues]. He says that when I tickle his back, sides, and stomach, it relaxes his muscles in a way he's never experienced since the accident. It is therapeutic to him and he thoroughly enjoys it [he's not a tickle fetishist]. I know it's also my favorite way to unwind after a stressful day, when Zac tickles me til I'm a giggling mess. Tickling is my favorite therapy!
 
It's definitely a great way to just... let go. 🙂
