One time my father was telling me about dolphins and about how there brains are wired. Whats interesting is he told me that when a human wants to show someone they do not want to hurt someone they simply do not hurt them or cause them pain. The thing is though when a dolphin wants to show you it does not want to hurt you it will go to you and just brush up against you but not to hard. In other words its brain is set up so that it has to do something but it has to show you it means you no harm.
The thing is this is similar to the appeal of tickling and bondage, or at least how we see tickling and bondage. We obviously are not all abusive people who want to hurt one another. But the appeal of tickling and bondage, or at least how we see it is we put people in vulnerable positions to show they we do not want to hurt them. Some would say to us why tie someone up and tickle them to show you do not want to hurt them, but in a way thats what we do. We put someone in a vulnerable position to show we do not want to hurt them.
But in my opinion the appeal of it is also this. If your a man and a woman is willing to be restrained in a vulnerable position in front of you and be tickled then she is saying to you I know he won't hurt me. Which is in a lot of ways a good thing to hear.
For example I will never forget and I am going to mention a name here but only for this example is tickleshotel. The first time I met her I was nervous as we all know Laurie is about four foot six. I was worried about hurting her, I weigh 200 pounds and I did not want to hurt her. But I think the fact that she let me tickle her was her way of saying she knew I would not hurt her.
