Re: U.N. Owen
Don't despair! I just turned 30 and let me tell ya...ticklin' is better than ever!
😉
For me, the whole idea of tickling being something monumental seems off the wall. I'd always worked with the assumption that everyone liked it as much as me. THEN one day someone pointed out the "tickle stuff" online. It was then that I realized, "WOW, I'm not in the norm! " LOL
Being the youngest of four kids, I had my fair share of tickling growing up and it was always natural and so much fun! The older I got, the more fun it was with boyfriends! Scrummy~!
I CAN say however, that there is an aspect that only became strong in the last couple of years, and THAT is being the 'LER!!! MMMMMMMMMMmmm it fits so well with the rest of my personality. IF I'm not careful, I may lose me 'Lee status. 😉 Perhaps it's the confidence women get when they get older, a natural progression of sorts. Whatever it is, I LIKE IT! It's been like rediscovering tickling! It relly is a different game when you're the one tying the knots!
MUST share - - even if in a few years, my niece finds this and kills me!! 🙂 I was visiting at my mothers house a couple of days ago with my niece. She's 14 going on 25, you know the ype. 😉 Well she just walked right over to my mom (her grandmother) lifted up her t shirt and blew a raspberry on her tummy!! My mother collapsed laughing on the couch and my niece dusted her hands together, looked at me with a grin and said, "It works everytime." To which, I poked her a few times to put her in her place....lol. A tickler in the making? Proof that it's genetic? *I already know almost every member of my family is a tickle freak..lol* I wonder if that will be one of her "first memories of "'Ler-hood". 😛
Joby...thinking this thread goes mighty fine with the one Biscuit has going in the stories section about Early Tickling Experiences. It's cool if you haven't read it, you might want to!
