I am doing this tickling study and need to know a few things. It's about ticklish girls

1. Is it possible that young teenagers are more ticklish than adults?

2. Say a girl was trapped barefoot in a dark room and couldn't see her feet. Would it tickle more if they couldn't see the feather moving on her soles?

3. What if this same girl was tickled and she could see her soles being tickled on a TV screen but the video playback was delayed by half a second or so. Would this make it worse?

4. Are really smooth soles more ticklish than rough ones?

5. Does taunting the ticklish victim make it worse?

6. What if a machine tickled their feet and not a human. Could that make any difference?

1. Not in my experience

2. Most women admit to be more ticklish when blindfolded and can't see

3. I don't think so

4. Yes, because rough skin and callouses tend to lessen sensitivity

5. Yes

6. I think so because a machine hasn't advanced to random movement

I have a few more questions

1. If a girl is tickled at a renaissance fair is she likely to be more ticklish since she's embarrassed and around the public? Like fear and all that?

2. IF a girl was tied to a tree and couldn't see a thing and her shoes and socks were removed do you think her anxiety of what is going on would potentially make her more sensitive than usual when she got tickled?

3. Say the girl being tickled in the woods tied to the tree heard freaky music playing while she was tickled? Would this freaky music make her more scared for what is to come next for the next tickle?

4. Do you think while someone who can't see their feet being tickled can tell what it is they are being tickled with? Like can they actually know a finger from a feather?

5. Is there any ways to specifically trick the brain of the person being tickled so that they don't know it's a finger or feather if they already know?

There is a very interesting work by British playwright Peter Shaffer, a family drama penned in 1959 called "Five Finger Exercise". The title is an allusion to piano training, though this intimation does not figure in the show itself. I suppose as a long shot it could be applied to typing.

I wonder what the other five fingers are doing?

I'm not going to entertain responses to all of those- as in not entirely sure it's really a "study"- but to tackle a few:

No a machine wouldn't work as well- it wouldn't vary pressure and movement like a human.
Yes blindfolded typically heightens anxiety and ticklishness
Depends on the person if their anxiety or fear trumps that
Yes you know the difference between a finger and a feather
