Tickling videos turning towards porn- since when, though?

True. 🙂

Also, I forgot to mention that some of the bigger more "mainstream" studios that wander off into the fetish weeds saw the tickling genre as fresh pickins produce much of the "porny" content. Most of the smaller studios who are TMF regulars and true fans have stayed true.

Yes, I've produced orgasm porn, but, by and large, most of my stuff is just G-Rated tickling.

Indeed Marcus, not that it's good or bad, I make no judgement

But some of us still produce strictly tickle fetish material

I can only speak for myself here, but I've been able to enjoy success without once having to resort to distasteful stuff like you had mentioned. I think some do it in an effort to mask the fact that their content is probably garbage. Either that, or as marcus has indicated, they just want to try to make more money. Either way, you have to be able to look at yourself in the mirror each morning...

My content is and always will be pure tickle-centric 🙂.

This has gotten me curious lately. Having seen some of the older videos, such as MTPs old stuff and Realtickling's old stuff, I got rather acclimated the concept of tickling videos being separate from your pornography films. So recently I decided to browse some of the new video producers, even some of the more popular ones... and I can't help but feel I've clicked the wrong link, since the majority of what I see consists of forced-orgasms, oral sex, vibrators and everything under the sun except for tickling.

Now, I'm not trying to be ugly, but more curious- what originally prompted some (not all, but some) of the industry to turn this way? It feels like finding a pure tickling vid these days is something of a precious gem, and I'm wondering where it all started and what has prompted this shift in industry.

Bottomline... it sells. And when these type of videos turn a profit, many video companies are going to keep producing them. It's just good business.

Unfortunately, I'm like you. I'd like my tickling (via clip- not real life lol) without a side of forced orgasms, wanks swinging around, and anything else extra. Sorry for being so graphic. And it has gotten very difficult for me the weed through everything on C4S, because I'd rather NOT see everything that they want to show me. Ewwww....

There is one thing that I disagree with. I think (and some people are not going to like this) that tickling videos (regardless of how "hardcore" or straight forward) can all be considered/ classified as porn. If not, you would be able to get tickle videos in the local library, or Walmart, or Blockbuster Video.

It is what it is. I still like tickle clips. 😀

I think there's a good number of people who like to incorporate tickling with sex. Tickling can be a sexual stimulant, so getting all the other stuff is like the icing on the cake.

Think about it. Tickle Abuse originally wanted to do just regular tickling videos. He did well, and had a great following. But once he added in nudity and more sexual content with his clips, his sales exploded. A lot of people want to see it.

For me personally, I love seeing F/F tickling clips with sexual content included. For those who are fans of my stories (check out my story archives! cheap plug), you know I incorporate a lot of sex with tickling torture between two women. What can I say? It drives me. Same with a multitude of people. That's why some tickling producers have produced more sexual tickling content because there's a HUGE audience for it and want to see it.

So, I am one of those who want to see even more "tickling porn". Regular porn without any tickling just isn't as exciting.

I'm really getting sick of all the forced orgasms. TICKLE!!!! JUST TICKLE!! If I wanted to see that other shit then I'd watch regular porn.

I was posting this in the poll about tickling videos and porn, but realized I was really answering this post, so here it is.

---

With (probably) rare exceptions, those who watch tickling videos do it because they find it erotic.

Does eroticism mean porn? Not necessarily. But the overwhelming majority of erotic art (certainly video art) is porn. So--as a category--are tickle fetish videos "porn?" Yes, they are. Some individual clips may not be, and some producers may have none in their catalogs. But what we do is light porn.

I include some topless tickling in my store. I film /f tickling because I find it erotic to see an attractive woman tickled. I also find it erotic to see an attractive woman topless. So, what's more erotic than an attractive woman being tickled? An attractive, topless woman being tickled, of course.

I'm sure there are people too offended by the sight of nipples to ever explore my video store to see the clothed tickling clips I publish. For that, I am sorry. I have no wish to offend. But, people come to Tickle Touch to see erotic videos. Topless ticklish women are erotic--for many (most?) visitors, topless ticklish women are even more erotic than clothed ticklish women. So in addition to fully-clothed tickling clips, I publish topless tickling clips because most people find that exciting.

Even more importantly, I find it exciting. I judge whether a clip is good enough to offer for sale by how much I find it erotic. I even tell my models that I am going to have fun with them, because I want that energy to come through the screen. Any producer who cares is shooting what he/she wants to see. I bet you can think of a clip that looked like the participants didn't find it exciting. It wasn't very good, was it? In contrast, your favorite producer (whoever that may be) almost certainly really loves tickling, because if they didn't, that fact would have a subtle impact on the product and it wouldn't be as good.

So, what about "all this forced orgasm" stuff? I find tickling and orgasms to be related. Not just because tickling has a way of causing orgasms (see paragraph #2 above) 😀 Both are pleasurable sensations delivered at an overwhelming intensity. Both cause the recipient to lose control of facial expressions, breath, muscle control, vocals, etc. Both are more intense when delivered in waves, sometimes going gently, sometimes overwhelming--up, down, Up, down, UP, DOWN, UUUUPPPPPPP, do--, Up, UP, UUUPPP, down... Both can leave a victim breathless, exhausted and satisfied in a way nothing else can. And both are affected by each other--tickling often makes orgasms more powerful, and after an orgasm a 'lee is often way more ticklish. Tickling and orgasms go together.

For me.

So, I film them together, and sell them together. Some people come to my store just for the tickling. Some probably even avoid all the toplessness and look for the clothed clips. Others come to my store just for the orgasms. They like the tease and denial, and the buildup, and the dominance/submission. Or, they just like to see really hot young women in the throes of climax after climax.

It's all erotic. It's all related (in my opinion). So it's side-by-side on my store.

I try not to take too much offense at those who accuse us (producers who do anything at all in addition to tickling) of "selling out to money," or "not being true fetishists," or whatever. Some say it overtly, and some just hint at the inferiority of anyone different from themselves.

I hope you don't really mean that. As if your particular slice of this very small genre in the erotic/fetish community is the only way to be a "true believer."

Does sales success play a part in a producer's decision to publish more than "pure tickling?" Sure. Appealing to a broader base makes more money, which lets us shoot more tickling clips. That is simple fact. But I think it's much more noble than that, at least for me. I shoot and publish forced orgasm clips (about one orgasm clip for every eight tickling clips, in my library) because that's what I like to see. I like to see a hot, young woman get tickled to exhaustion, then pleasured out of her mind repeatedly. That's just really exciting for me.

If you don't like seeing beautiful women pleasured to powerful orgasms, that's okay. You don't need to like it. But please understand that, like other publishers, I do what I do because it is my passion. The biggest part of that passion is tickling. Feel free enjoy the parts of my passion that you prefer. The other stuff shouldn't lessen your enjoyment of the stuff you do like.

At the very worst, think of it like this: all that "other stuff" you see "these days" is paying for more tickling. The more people buy the topless and orgasmic clips, the more you get to see clothed, tickling-only clips when we can afford to make them.

I can only speak for myself here, but I've been able to enjoy success without once having to resort to distasteful stuff like you had mentioned

So, when exactly did sex become something "distasteful"?

Tickling videos are - and always have been - a type of porn.

Completely agree on this one.

I think there's a good number of people who like to incorporate tickling with sex. Tickling can be a sexual stimulant, so getting all the other stuff is like the icing on the cake.

Amen!

I personally don't mind if there is sexual stuff included, if it doesn't take away too much of the tickling. As long as tickling is going on for the majority of the time, I'm fine with it. Also depends on my mood. If I just want to see tickling, there is enough material available.

What really gets me mad though are clips where totally different fetish are incorporated, like spraying with ice water or foot worship or stuff like that.

Diversification. As your company grows you look for ways to expand your market.

I wasn't specifically referring to sex, but the whole vibrator/forced orgasm thing. This is purely a matter of opinion and people will debate this depending on your morale compass. This is why I specifically stated that I can only speak for myself - and doing so I'd argue it became distasteful when it becomes less about actual tickling and more about other genres that really have no business in it, but again that's my belief.

For the record, sex is a beautiful thing and of course we've all seen a porn or two, just begs the question does it really belong in a "tickling" video?

So, when exactly did sex become something "distasteful"?

Different strokes for different folks... me, I don't like to mix my mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, but others out there might like the blend. The raunchest I've gotten is topless, but nothing further than that. I like my ladies to receive an uninterrupted intensive tickling experience. 🙂

If a producer senses a cross-over from tickling to forced orgasm or something in between, they may very well incorporate both fetishes into a clip in hopes of expanding their audience. It's obviously worked out for Tommy and a few other producers, so they must be doing something correctly.

The good news is, there's plenty of choices out there for the discerning tickle fetishist. I can remember way back in the mid-90s, when all we had was a dial-up connection and postage-stamp video previews/low-res vid caps of ANA Video and Solefully Yours productions on alt.multimedia.tk. Now the scene is practically overflowing with awesome content.

Here's to hoping it can only get better from here!

I personally like just plain tickling better. I feel that orgasms in the clips leave nothing to the imagination. I like to imagine the potential ensuing sexual endeavors that could come from the girl being tickled. For example, when I see a video of a girl being tied up and tickled, I can imagine her engaging in some sexual activity following her tickling experience. Seeing her forced to an orgasm takes that element away.

I agree

I'm really getting sick of all the forced orgasms. TICKLE!!!! JUST TICKLE!! If I wanted to see that other shit then I'd watch regular porn.

ShiningIce I totally agree with you, just tickle that's all I want to see.

it's also kind of turned to porn like because alot of the videos seem to have the girls completely naked... I remember along time ago where the girls being tickled was wearing clothes.. it might have been limited clothing but she was still wearing clothes. i mean there were videos back then that had naked girls getting tickled, I'm sure.. but now it seems to be alot.. not that I'm asking why, because i know.. i was just saying, not only are some producers turning to more sexual stuff, but they're also seems to be an increase of nakedness among the tickling videos.

This was too long, so...

1) Sexual content appeals to our basic raw nature whether we're accepting and comfortable with it or not.
2) Sex sells.

From a Producer's perspective, I can tell you that all my videos are supposed to be about the tickling and nothing else. That being said, I get TONS of criticism from people who feel "just" tickling is not "hard core" enough. Disappointing. :sadcry:
I do have to listen to what my audience tells me, for the most part. I get so many requests for nude videos, forced orgasm, etc. Thus far, I have resisted the forced orgasm; partly because I can't bring myself to do it. I have done a few nude videos, which have not yet been released. There is some appeal in that for me, due to the vulnerability of a nude, restrained woman, but I prefer a bikini or a short skirt and a shirt, etc. I hope to continue doing this for a while and I hope it doesn't devolve into "regular" porn anytime soon.

Probably because theres a demand for it. A lot of people want to see sex mixed in with their tickling.
Not me, though. I don't even like nudity in my tickling videos. Its not that I'm against sex/nudity I'd just rather be focused on the tickling and only the tickling.

Where you masturbating to tickling videos in 2001?

Then it's always been porn.

But seriously though, the forced orgasm and constant whacking off gets a little tiring. It's a neat little addition now and again, but it seems more likely to find videos with vibrators and dongs everywhere then it does to find straight up tickle wank. I can't imagine that those videos were popular enough to warrant so many of them or the people making them just want to mess with a womans crotch/get beaten off, but it does get old.

There's demand and it answers for some private human need.

<<< This site's side bar is studded with tickling and SEX. Is there really a site with 100% non-sexual tickling alone? I have yet to know.

To some of you, are you just enduring it being here but not liking the sexual orientation this place is designed for?
