Ticklish Cop Feet (f/f, feet)

Local CHiPpie Sgt Rivera came upon FireFox Park for a report of a 20 y/o female going around tickling and smelling other women's feet. Having searched with no apparent results, she decides to take a few minutes to take her clunky boots and socks off and air out her gorgeous caramel feet.

Little did she know the serial foot-sniffer was waiting for just such an opportunity, and wasted no time in sneaking on the snoozing peace officer, cuffing her wrists and ankles and tickle-torturing her pretty bare feet! Seems the little misfit has fallen for the pretty uniformed official!

Oh you misjudge the good Sergeant. Now I'm not saying she didn't secretly love having her exquisite Latin feet captured and tickled until she submitted to romantic advances, BUT, she is no mere toy. After all, this pretty punkette still needs her lesson in manners, and who better than the long feather of the law to "rehabilitate" her!
