ticklish feet

Hey....Does anyone know what the best way to get your feet to be the most ticklish and sensitive? Best shoes, socks to wear? cream? anything else?

I've been unable to 'make' my feet more ticklish by doing anything...

My really sensitive tickle spots move depending on time of the month, how I feel, how long it's been since I've been tickled, etc.....

Sometimes my feet are more ticklish, sometimes my ribs, sometimes my stomach....

Just simply walk around on hard floored surfaces(concrete floors,cemented floors)while wearing hard platformed shoes(steel toed boots,hiking boots,anything shoe with a hard boot-looking bottom),for that'll make your foot soles very extremely sensitive for a good solid tickling.
