Having admitted that his neck is ticklish, Bryan was asked "Are you ticklish and, if so, where the most?" as part of a prompt for a Personalised Video message. He gave a coy, but fun answer:

Considering his earlier admission of having a ticklish neck, I think it's fair to say he is downplaying how ticklish he is or how many tickly spots he has... Perhaps someone should tickle him and find out? 😀

I agree with your conclusion, he did the same thing to me when I asked him on Cameo, plus he had a tweet about tickling once, which he then deleted, that read:
