I dont have it because I share the cable with people who watch the same thing, day in, day out, no matter if its a repeat that they know line or line

And good 'ol Murdoch offers the best, IMHO, version of TiVo in the USA. Dual Tuners. Watch one thing, record another. Record two things, etc. Such fun it is.
