I was about to say 21, but there can only be one Peter Forsberg! 😱 But eh, I'd likely have been a defenseman since I'm MUCH better at that position, and D-men generally have lower numbers in sports, right? (At least in hockey, lol) So I guess I could go with #4, since that used to be my favorite number when I was a kid. Seriously, I must've had OCD, because I insisted on doing absolutely EVERYTHING in 4's, from taking steps to petting the cat or whatever... XD

2. If you could go for coffee with anyone, living or dead, who would it be? Why?
Jon Stewart. Because it would be worth the fact that I'd be forced to drink coffee.

At the moment I'd prefer to meet people 1-on-1 anyway, and I just couldn't give up the TMF or ANY communication with anyone here for a whole 6 months! 😱 As epic as it would be to meet everyone here, sorry but it's not worth it if that's the price. D:

Going up to Borgafjäll in Swedish Lapland. Long car-trip was long. XD

Possibly. Will I have an awesome superpower? 😀 I'd rather be a supervillain though...

I honestly can't remember.

Well, it's NOT going to be Clay Aiken or Drew Barrymore, because they're allergic to coffee, and I'd hate to turn a living celebrity into a sick or dead celebrity (I'm bored and have Google. 😀 ). I'll say Vince McMahon, Donald Trump, or Robert Kiyosaki. I'd love to get any success lessons I can.

😀 <---This one. I like to keep it simple, and I'll be honest, the emoticon list we have now is EXHAUSTIVELY long, and I don't like how vBulletin changes the order of the list every time it's opened. I kinda wish it was alphabetized, or something, because I hate scrolling and playing "Where's Waldo" for a minute just to find one that I can't remember the code for.

Ugh... gatherings are pretty much out of the question, so I'll go with the latter.

The road trips I used to take from my old house in North Carolina to see my family in Florida.

I was in the 8th grade, and walking my first girlfriend to her bus when school was out, and we just kissed. Nothin' fancy.

Gosh, there's a bunch. I'd like to put a face to the names of many, just to see how reality differs from the mind's eye.

Shit, yeah! I ain't got shit goin' on. May as well do something good for society.

Probably when my son was attempting to play with a power cord and I didn't want him getting electrocuted.

9. When was the last time you had to yell? I can't remember. I've yelled a lot at my brothers when they've pissed me off. And when I'm with my family, we tend to get loud even when we're having a conversation. I guess that's because many of us can't hear for shit. 😛

10. What's one animal that just creeps you out? Slugs because they're slimy.

In anger? Crap, I dunno. I don't tend to yell when I'm upset, I'm more likely to just not talk to you. Oh wait, I do yell in excitement when watchng Steeler games. I'm a yeller then. 😛

Take it from him and put back anything I had picked up special for him back on the shelves. Perhaps the next time he'd "remember" to listen better. If he decided to have a fit, we'd leave the store immediately and I'd drop him off with his father. Maybe issue some sort of timeout or some other punishment depending on his age. Then I'd go back to the store to do my shopping in peace because I'm sure by then I'd need it. And I'd probably take the long way home.

Grade 1, really innocent and heat of the moment... I think she liked it. 😀

Well considering I've met none of you to this point, I'll go with Canadian_Eh and supplement it with anyone.

8. If you had the opportunity to be a superhero, would you take it?

Nope, one of a hero's flaws are the people he or she loves and the cruelest villains always know this and take advantage of this. The other flaw's that inevitably the hero will reach a situation where he or she must sacrifice him or herself having to choose between the people or the ones they love. I would do anything for my friends, family and love but I would never want to be a superhero and have that inevitable choice.

9. When was the last time you had to yell?

I talk really loud so I guess I yell all the time but outright yelling - it has been a very long time, I'm pretty lax by nature so I don't yell often.

10. What's one animal that just creeps you out?

Animal or insect? I can't think of any one animal but insect-wise, definitely wasps and hornets.

This sounds like a question from personal experience 😛 ... After you leave the market, when you get home, you make your child take a time-out from playing or punish them through a treat or privilege removal and explain why swinging your pack around the store is never a good idea: the child could break something or hurt someone.

Definitely would give up the gathering. I couldn't go 6 months without talking to any of my TMF friends even if it meant seeing them for a week. It's not QUITE the same just talking to them, but for that length of time I just couldn't do it.

Driving to Maine from NC. It's like 17 hours

My first kiss was lame. Spin the bottle. The first kiss that had MEANING was with my first (and only up until this point) boyfriend. I knew he was leaning in for the kiss, and I had such butterflies and my heart was pounding so fast. Then when our lips met, yeah. It was all the nervousness times 20, but it was a release at the same time. It rarely happens like that anymore, but I've had a couple like that since then 😉. It's awesome when it happens like that.

Everyone that I talk to I've met in person. The two people I think that impacted me the most were the ones I was most excited to meet (baldadonis and Kraziedog)

It was cute 🙂 At the cottage, a bunch of us went for a hike around the island. My friend and I lagged behind the group and got caught behind because a train was coming (tracks run around the back of the island). We sat together on the "great rock" behind the tracks and made out while the we waited for the train to pass.... she was my first gf, lol 😀

Hmmm....love coffee. Not sure who I would pick. On any given day....maybe Marie Antoinette before she went to the guillotine. See if she really still thought the peasants should eat cake.

I'd have to go with keeping communication. I could live without a gathering (and have done so, even though I enjoy meeting up with folks, I'm more of a home body/loner).

I've driven 10+ hours to get to places in NC, SC, and MO. Not for gatherings... Otherwise, I also biked half way around Lake Geneva (Lac Leman for the Swiss) back in the day. I can tell you that one was one heck of a trip back in the '90's 🙂

Wet...? lol... no, I'd say something romantic, but I don't really have strong memories of it. I think it lifted me off my feet and made me melt slightly...like milk chocolate in your hand on hot day 😉

7. Name one person on the TMF you haven't met yet that you'd like to.

Tough call...I've met some wonderful people on here. I can't think of anyone I haven't met that's still on a "list." For the sake of argument, I'll Kurchatovium - because he's such a nice guy.

8. If you had the opportunity to be a superhero, would you take it?

Nope. Unless it allowed me to diagnose/cure cancer without any pain.

9. When was the last time you had to yell?

I rarely yell. Unless it's due to excess noise where I can't be heard.

10. What's one animal that just creeps you out?

Um... as a vet, there really aren't any I can think of. There are some I don't treat (reptiles, birds, fish). And I don't touch (non-human) primates.

Grab the backpack and tell the child we're leaving. Probably laugh later...but not at the time.

My first real kiss was at age 14, a full kiss with tongue with a junior high school classmate at a picnic. She liked it but didn't like it when I touched her breast.

My first non-elementary school/non-spin-the-bottle/truth-or-dare kiss was when I was 14. My friend had a party and I met this guy who was like 7 years older than I was. He was funny and we flirted all night. Her mom let boys sleep over, so me and this guy ended up sleeping next to eachother on the floor. We both woke up around 6am. I rolled over and we just kind of looked at eachother and started making out. It wasn't nearly as awkward as I thought it would be. He was a pretty good kisser and smelled amazing.

I try not to yell AT people. Sometimes when you're upset you've gotta yell, but I try to just do it at nobody in particular. I also try to substitute obnoxiously loud singing instead of yelling LOL
