TNA vs WWE on Monday nights

Has Hogan made his debut on TNA yet? I know he was signed, but I actually haven't been watching Impact the past few weeks. Or are they saving Hogan's first appearance for TNA's Monday night debut?

Call me crazy, but I actually prefer TNA to WWE these days. TNA isn't anything great by any means, but every time I tune in to WWE the past few years, I've been bored to tears. I miss the WWE vs WCW Nitro Monday night wars. Those were some great times.

This is no different than when WCW started Nitro. WCW used to be an exclusive saturday program, then they got balls and Turner and moved to Mondays. This is no different

They just need to find that niche that will put them above. Vince is showing already brief fear by going and getting Bret Hart for that night TNA starts on Mondays

The one difference was that the WWF was dragging it's ass, and WCW had somebody people wanted to see. When TNA was good WWE fan were to blinded by misplace loyalty to give it a chance. Now they are crap, so who would want to watch it.

Actually I might, just to spite Vince. I haven't watched any wrestling in about 5 years, so one episode of Impact won't kill me.

WCW still had little to show when they went to Monday. Nitro started in 95 and didn't get hot till 96 with the NWO

Right but both stole initially from ECW with the cruiserweights and extreme styles and gimmick/storylines.

I read something about Hall coming with Sean Waltman on a short-term basis. RVD has been around TNA lately but I don't remember anyone confirming him officially going to TNA. I think his wife is still dealing with cancer and he just doesn't plan on wrestling right now.

For my own piece of mind I had to do a little Fed bouncing. So far you have DX/Jerishow VS Abyss/Joe. I watched the tag match. Now it's Angle/Styles on TNA, so I am watching that. I didn't watch the first hour cause I didn't think about it. Your post about Montreal got me thinking so I am checking them both out tonight. I can't comment on this topic if I don't watch right?

TNA went to comercial, came back, Angle did a belly 2 belly suplex and went to comercial again... yeah that was brilian. Eric Bitchface and the Huckster should go back to Thursdays at 9 where they belong.

I can't wait to see if this actually caused more people to watch TNA. They've been running commercials during RAW the past few weeks and even showed one tonight during RAW saying that TNA was on right now.

I watched Raw, but flipped to TNA during commercials. Let's see......Scott Hall and Xpac, Hogan(NWO Hogan?), then Val Venis, The Nasty Boys(??), and at last flip, a glimpse of Ric Flair. Guess WCW is back, heard Bishoff was there too.
