Well thank you, Ray and Tracy.....this certainly is a nice thread. And it was a great anniversary! I got home from work yesterday and there's a candlelit table set up with perfectly arranged salads and shrimp cocktails waiting for us. After our usual flurry of kisses and tickles, we had an incredible turkey dinner(yummmm) that Ann had been working on most of the day. We were very full after that so we just relaxed and watched t.v.(Criss Angel's "MindFreak" and WWE Smackdown). Later on, we broke into the chocolate cheesecake Ann made(again, yummmm).
All in all, a wonderful night....best part of it was spending it with my honey!

As Drew said, we had a grand evening. After weeks of craziness, I wanted to do something special for my honey. We will, of course, continue celebrating throughout the weekend.

As Ann has mentioned a few times on the forum previously, we each were the first person the other met face-to-face from the community. Combine that with the fact that we share the same home town.... Anyway, as you might expect, we share a mutual fondness for each other.
When I first learned from Ann that she had met Drew, and was getting serious about him, I was a little nervous. After all, he could have been an axe murderer. But, I rationlized to myself that, hey, if Ann likes him how bad could he be? Still, I was a little concerned. Then, she married him!! Wow...cool, I thought, but still......
To shorten this up a little, I met lite and together we went to our first NEST. There we (& I) finally got to meet this guy, Drew. Afterward, lite and I both concluded that damn, that Drew was one really cool guy!!! And lite thanked me for finally getting to meet Ann as well. When we attended the first CAT gathering (where I finally got to meet Ray and Tracy), the impression was sealed: two of the finest, most decent people I've ever known; and clearly truly and deeply in love. It made me one very happy camper.
Since then, lite and I have attended several other gatherings where we, it seems, inevitably end up spending most of our time with Ann & Drew (& Ray and Tracy). They are some of our closest friends (on-line or off-) and we hope that they can attend OUR wedding when it finally happens (probably September, 2006).
Happy anniversary to one of the coolest, nicest, and, yes, most ticklish couples we know.
We love you guys and miss you. Hope we see you soon.
