I don’t care how long it takes to write it all again, I could dwell on these thoughts all night. So this is the story of the best day of my life....
I was on a train very late tonight, and this incredible girl gets on. The best way to describe her is that she looked just like "Robin" from TC videos (so much so, in fact, that I thought of her when she first caught my eye) She looked better though. She was absolutely fucking stunning. Definitely in the top 3 finest girls I've ever- no actually she takes the cake: She was the finest girl I have ever seen.
So anywayz, she went and sat down about 3 rows of seats in front of me, but opposite the isle, and on a rear-facing row. There were only about 2 other people in the carriage, as it was late at night. The first thing she did was take her shoes off (omfg), and then she just lay down and went to sleep. I'd been staring at her for about 30 minutes (I couldn’t help it I swear) when she woke up and started looking for something in her bag: As she was looking, the ticket man came through the door. She put her bag down, and turned away from him (feigning sleep). The way she lay, I could see her face, but the ticket man couldn’t. She had her eyes open, and was staring down. It looked as though he was going to leave her undisturbed at first, but just as he was about to move on, her bag tipped sideways. She bit her lip, and glanced up at me. I was finding this hilarious to watch and was basically laughing at her. She looked amused too, but was still determined not to pay her fare. She smiled at me and shut her eyes again, thinking she’d got away with it.
The ticket man looked at her, and what did he do? He reached down and put a finger on her foot. OMFG! I almost coughed up my fucking heart! The look on her face was priceless! He wiggled his finger and I could see her biting her lip. Getting no visible response from her, he just grabbed the instep of her foot! She YELPED and jumped up instantly! Turning to face him like when you see a cat get a fright. The look on her face was just absolute, wide-eyed disbelief. (I doubt my expression looked much different). She reluctantly paid him her fare.
When the ticket man had gone, she came over and spoke to me. I told her some stories of funny things I’d seen on trains over the years (I used to go to school and back on the train everyday) I couldn’t believe how many I could think of: I’ve seen people throw their bag into the closing doors to jam them, in a last effort to catch a train. (And sometimes it actually works!) I once saw a suit casually put his umbrella in a closing door to stop it, the door didn’t re-open, and the train left with the umbrella jammed in it. Once we had got on a train, and were loitering by the doors as they were about to shut, when a breathless lady came to the top of the stairs. My friend tried to keep the doors open but he was pressing the “close” button by accident. By the time he realised, it was too late. She ran along beside the train swearing at him, and fell over as she was running and her shopping went everywhere. You had to laugh J
Anyway, she found all this absolutely hilarious, and at one point, I was watching her laughing madly, and thought, “I’m dead aren’t I. Dead or dreaming” Anyway, she noticed me staring into her, and I dunno, it must have looked romantic or sensitive or something. She paused for a sec. got her phone out and gave me her number. I gave her mine. She got off the train. I was the only person left on the carriage, and I literally danced around in that train for 10 minutes (If there had been anyone there, I would have made them dance with me). At my stop, I got out, sat in my car, and drove home singing as loudly and happily as I could. Her name is Vicky; I texted her to ask if she got home alright when I got back, and she rung me. I just spoke to her for about 2 hours on the phone, and I have clicked with her quicker than anyone else, ever. I’m going to meet her tomorrow....
