I mean I don’t know the whole story but I believe he is retired now. Someone else named John actually shoots the content and runs the studio for TA in Florida now but I believe Tommy is still somewhat involved just not as much with the hands on stuff anymore.

I had a totally different experience after ordering 3 customs. Although I believe two of them were coordinated by someone else (John?), I never had an issue with Tommy responding.
 
Thanks everybody. Just curious if he was coming back. I'm sure he's living a pretty epic private tickling life these days. It would be tough going from regularly tickling beautiful models, to not!
