Wow... indoor toilets... imagine that! I guess that means I won't have to fight off the local fauna for the best bush to squat behind.

Ya MIGHT have'ta fight off the local FLORA.

Living in the Los Angeles area there is alot of different kinds of mexican food . Lengua/Tongue burritos with cilantro , onions and chile ..yum . Also thripas/lambs intestine , bbq'd to a golden brown with those hard small green chilies . Pig cheek tacos are great and then there are oho's/eyes , "goats" tender and tasty , only ploblem is getting past them looking back at you .........

Tripas, cuchifritos, chicharones, Morcillas, Chorizos, y por postres cascos de guayaba con queso de crema O pudin diplomatico!
Muy delicioso!
Especially fresh from one of the little storefronts on the lower east side in manhattan, where you can either walk in and sit down or buy it from the window that opens to the sidewalk and stroll away with it!

I had tongue once , when I was kid. Couldn't get over the taste buds, and the actual giant tongue shape, or the wierd softness of it. I have always said, tripe is the one thing I had once and will never have again. I think tongue is a (very) close second.
