a couple of weeks ago here in downtown mpls.
a man approached a woman ( a stranger ) as she was walking to her car.
he demanded that she take her shoes off. witch she did and he began to lick her toes. he than took her shoes and ran off. where he was caught a little later.
there was no mention of assault or a weapon used.

under the influence off his meds. or one bold S.O.B?

if there was no weapon used...how on earth could he demand she do that? and why would she? as he was licking her toes, why didn't she bang his head with her purse? i know it's easy to say from here but there isn't enough of a story here..was it daylight or night time..
