TUCSON TICKLER GIVING TICKLING A BAD NAME! (No,this isn't about me!)

In the ARIZONA DAILY STAR this morning, I found this article in the "Weekly Police Report":

SUSPICIOUS PERSON- Three University Of Arizona female students reported a man acting suspiciously while they were sunbathing Nov. 11 near Second Street and Park Avenue. The three women said the man initially approached them and asked to take pictures of their feet for a collage he was working on for one of his classes. The students agreed and the man began taking pictures of their feet with a disposable camera. One woman said he was touching and tickling her feet, telling her she had "beautiful arches." The man then began filming with a video camera and asked one woman to lie on top of another. The suspect was described as a white male, late 20s or early 30s, 5 feet 7 inches tall, thin, with dirty blond hair past his ears.

FOR THE RECORD: I am 5'10" tall and do not own a video camera, nor am I blond!

Nobody move, we have a few questions to ask... Where were you on November 11th, 2004? Be specific, provide an alibi and don't make any sudden bowel movements.

Not to make total light of it, why are the police looking for him, what he did was strange and really not kosher, but I wouldn't think it's illegal. They were in college, so they were 18+. So all he did was video tape some consenting adults feet. If he doesn't sell the video, there's no crime. (BTW, I'm in Alabama, too far to go for just that)

Jugner, here in Tucson there have been a lot of sexual assaults on women who live near the University. Thankfully, many of the suspects have been recently apprehended. With that in mind, any male who makes so much as a crude comment could be considered a threat to a woman's safety. I would think that the police are keeping a close watch on guys like that. I'll give you an update if the suspect has been found.

I've got good friends who live here who are from Chicago, Natural... and I'm originally from Washington. In fact, there are more out-of- Staters here than there are native Tucsonans, it seems.
