Call me crazy, but I think it MIGHT just about be a real person. First of all, I used tineye to find out where their profile picture came from; there were no results, so it's likely to be an original pic. Secondly, look at their spelling and grammar: a lot of pre-teens and even some young people still use text talk. Thirdly... if you've been on websites like yahoo answers, you'll have noticed that a lot of 12-year-olds (especially girls) openly discuss our favourite subject without using - or even KNOWING of words like "fetish" or "kink". In fact, a lot of these kids are highly oblivious to the sexual side of this subject.
Now, I'm not saying any of you are wrong; with our knowledge of internet safety, I think we all realise that it's also very likely to be some dirty old man who's sad and sick enough in the head to steal someone's picture and pose as a child. But, that doesn't mean it's ALWAYS going to be a dirty old man. Remember that a naive little girl can have access to the internet as well.
