A is actually true. I grew a beard from being lazy to shave a few days. Kept it going and then my coworker said you trying to grow a beard? Told her I don't know just haven't shaved. She advised me to keep it.
B was the lie because I did hurt myself getting my crush's attention but it was my tooth I hurt not my knee.

A.) I'm up later for work this morning because I overslept (my alarm didn't go off).
B.) I'm up late for work this morning because I'm working from home today (something I rarely do).
