Two Truths And A Lie

I'll say B.
Correct! B) was the lie; my father never had any summer job since his teenage years were during the Great Depression when many adults were out of work and nobody was giving jobs to youth.

Your game next, Edge. 😀

New Game:

A.) My Brother has back issues.
B.) My Grams never had a dog because she didn't want one in her house.
C.) My Aunt was born in Peru.

Mils got it. My grams had a few dogs actually although she did complain about them shedding in her house.

Mils game next.

I'm glad mine has kept going...today should be the last (very) hot day at least for the next several days.

I just hope the ac kept working.

Yea same here. It can be brutal without AC

Fortunately, the AC in the polling place kept working all day long. It did exceed 100°F outdoors and many voters came in sweaty and cranky.

New game:

A) My first car, purchased in 1968, had a radio but no AC.

B) My second car, purchased in 1976, had AC but no radio.

C) My third car, purchased in 1980, had both AC and AM/FM radio.

I will guess B
B) is true. I needed a new car because my 1968 car had broken down and wasn't worth repairing. I went to a Dodge dealership and quickly found the model that I wanted, the Dodge Colt. The only one that they had for immediate delivery (that I could drive off the lot right then) had no radio.

We'll see if Edge guesses it next.

He's backkkkkkkkkkkkk and betttttttttttttter than ever.

A) is true. I bought my first car in January 1968 and never thought about the summer, being a dumb 17-year-old at the time.

C) was the lie. I never bought a third car at all because I moved to NYC in 1978. The cost of insurance and a garage would have been double my rent, so I sold the Dodge Colt and began using subways and buses.

New game:

A) My mother was 20 when she married my father.

B) My father was 23 when he married my mother.

C) My brother was 22 when he got married.

A) is true. My mother was born in July 1921 and they were married in March 1942.

Perhaps Edge will guess it.
