UK Gathering a Rousing Success!

My biggest thanks to all who attended the Gathering and made it a success: BOFH666 & MorningAngel, GrippedChimp, Del, and JonMath (former member of TMF)! BigJim, you were missed much by all--thank you so much for your invaluable advice, help in getting the ball rolling and helping Me round up the troops!

We had a lot of fun socialising, sharing experiences, trading tickling techniques, doing 'show n' tell' with unique bondage and tickling accoutrements, and finally, the DEMOS!!! I'm sure BOFH666 will post pics soon--there were LOADS taken, as well as [silent] video clips. MasterJ, I'm sure you'll love seeing these! 😉

You'll all be glad to know *The Tickle Queen* finally 'went down' and was tickled mercilessly by most everybody in attendance. At one point I was bound spread-eagled on My bed, as My feet, knees and thighs were attacked simultaneously, by 2-3 pairs of hands!! Wheeee!

It's so much fun to finally be able to put a face with a post, and I had a great time getting know some of My fellow TMF'ers. You're all a cool, fun lot. I also got to meet Toneus (couldn't make the Gathering) on Friday, during session--check out his thread!

I hope to come back to the UK in the Fall--I'll keep you guys abreast of my travel plan details so we can organise another Gathering.

Thank you Diva for being the perfect hostess/victim/tickiling machine last night. I won't soon forget the sound of your wicked laughter or the feel of those loooooooong nails on my skin, and it was fun just hanging out and talking with you too.🙂

BOFH and I had a fantastic time with you, and it was great to meet GrippedChimp, Del and Jonathan too. You're all cool people and I hope we can meet up again soon. Jim, thanks for all the help organising the event. You were missed, we'll see ya next time for sure!

Arriving a little late to the thread but...

Thank you indeed Diva, for not just being the perfect hostess/victim/tickiling machine but for getting everyone at their ease in double quick time. Impressive would be an understatment of epic proportions.

As soon as I get time there'll be a full non-fiction story posted so I won't say too much other than:

• Great to finally get a UK gathering off the ground
• Damn good bunch of people
• My proudest moment of the year - being ganged up on not once, not twice but thrice by both Angel and Diva and managing not to break! Though there was this dark tunnel and a bright light at one stage....
• Learning to fear loooong nails
• Paying the price today for not breaking (right Angel? 😉 )

Pictures and clips are being worked on, but it's going to be a few days as we sort through what we've got and check everyone pictured is happy with that image being posted. Watch this space.

Heh, you're late, BOHF?

Mad props to Diva and the strangely absent Jim for the organisation of this gathering, though Diva was great as our comperé for the night, not to mention a great tickler and ticklee as well! And yes, her long nails are brutal. I kinda learned that first-hand!

Also great to see BOHF (the Zen master) and his Angel (who got it REAL good in one demo), a very enthusiastic del, and the rather cool jonmath and his splendid Porto-Perv full of devious bondage devices and tools. Got a few pics to share myself, but they're not as good as BOHF's, though...

Looking forward to the next one when it happens, but I really enjoyed this gathering: It touched my soul... well, soles anyway! 😉

Yo Adrian... WE DID IT!!!!!!!

There were times when many people (me included) felt this event would never happen. Two that didn't doubt and should be thanked profusely by me at this moment are DVNC and Mimi. These guys helped me draw up a blueprint months and months ago as regards logistics, simple rules and how to create a good atmos. Of course, because I missed it, I had nothing to do with the atmos. Entire credit for that goes to the now legendary hosting skills of Diva. This lady is owed a huge debt by the British tickling community for her energy and enthusiasm. I'm sure I shall devise a suitable way of paying this debt...

On a personal note, it was a very bitter disappointment that I couldn't join you all. The "birth" of BAST was by all acounts a resounding sucess and I havn't heard a single bad word from anyone who was there yet. I would've loved to have shared that atmos with you peeps and not just the organisation (which Diva was a leader in too - I was just her backup dancer 😉), as you are an incredibly good bunch of people.

Now we've got something to build on; our "core group", as DVNC terms it, is formed. I trust what both he and Mimi have told me would happen without question now. The growth and success of our British community, is now as certain and regular as the law of gravity. You guys are the ones who started it happening, the credit lies with you, especially Diva, for the good shit that is just down the road. Pat yourselves on the back, because where you've led others will now follow.

The biggest thing we can pride ourselves on, is the speed at which things got nailed together. This happened with something like 10 days notice. THAT is a big achievement. It's just a shame the gub'mint aren't so limber. Ah well, it'll all be bottled up for next time...

BigJim, it happened, brother. The ball I tried to start, years ago, that you retried, was in your efforts a success. I so respect that. Diva, props t'ya for gettin' this one together. Even with his assist, it takes somethin' t'get us together, to gather us to one place. Mighty fine indeed.

WTG Diva for putting it together, Jim for assisting her in gathering the necessary tools, and those who had the courage to take that step and attend the first ever UK gathering! Props to her indeed. I certainly breathed a bit easier when I heard Jonathon had attended. He was a Mod in the first incarnation of the UKTF, but sadly is no longer around. I can't even find his old member-name for some reason. He's definately assured a big welcome if he ever find his way back to us. With him and BOFH both in attendance, nothing was going to get out of control.

And thanks for your kind words. The lion's share of t'props has to go to Diva. It was her enthusiasm that was the fuel in the car.
