Hi All,

I've been a lurker for many many years now but i couldnt sit back when i failed to notice anyone mentioning this fantastic mainstream moment.

There was a science entertainment show called 'Duck Quacks Don't Echo' that broadcast last year, in which three celebrities bring in facts that are hard to believe but alleged to be true. The show would then focus on proving those facts. In episode three a famous Brit comedian proposed this

Hypothesis:
Laughing 100 times is equivalent to 10 minutes on an exercise bike


Test Subjects: One Male and Two Female
Experiment One: Cycling for 10 minutes, with monitored heart rate and breathing
Experiment Two: Ah well now, it involves strapping the test subjects down to an 'Inquisition' style chair.

F/F, F/M, F,F

I just wish it were longer. I'm sure that there is more footage somewhere of the whole 10min of the experiment.

Oh and by the way, the hypothesis proved correct but we also have futher proof that Redheads ARE more sensitive :britishflag::goodjob:

Is there any chance you could post this in a place such as FilesTube or similar?
 
Great clip, but why did they cover their mouths? And why even use a duster? When are people going to realize dusters and feathers suck as tickling tools? Nothing tickles more than good old fashioned fingers?

The masks were to monitor breathing, they had them for all the experiments. Perhaps the feather was needed as a visual prop to make the whole scenario look funnier, it is a mainstream entertainment show after all.

But Feathers are sometimes great for adding a Psychological effect and there are people who are 'Feather Ticklish.' I also feel vindicated because whenever i run a feather in between my gilrfriend's toes when she's tied up, i always claim that it's great exercise for her 😉

If anyone is struggling to see the video, im up for suggestions as to where to put it. I could also post a longer clip of the segment involving the experiment, but there wouldnt be more tickling. Filestube is not working anymore

Yeah I sort of figured the masks had something to do w/the experiment. It's just that my favorite part of tickling a cute girl or watching a cutie(like that redhead) being tickled is seeing their beautiful face burst into helpless laughter. That's why I can't figure out why occasionally you see a video where the ticklee's mouth is taped up, or gagged. I could never figure out why someone would want to see that, plus it also must be hard as hell for the victim to breathe.

As far the duster and feather, if red was that ticklish w/just those lame tools, think how she would've exploded w/fingers!! She would probably be a European Nurse Lisa(who, if you don't know is a legendary ticklee, w/explosively ticklish feet)
 
That redhead's reaction was great.

I wonder for how long they tickled them.
 
If the show keeps archives, full segments, or something like a director's cut, they might have a full version.
 
Great clip, thanks for sharing. Wouldn't mind being tested like that.
 
I was thinking more like the full experiment filmed. A scene lasting 10 seconds in a video clip surely came from a much longer production.

By the way, this is an exceptional find, great job retrieving it.
