Unable to send messages

I logged into today to find that I am unable to send messages or create posts. In fact, I created a new profile so I could post this inquiry. The username for the profile in question is scaranfj. I don't post very often, so I can't imagine that I said or did anything that would result in the suspension of my privileges. I'd appreciate some assistance, or at least an explanation.

Your account had never completed its registration by answering the e-mail sent OR you changed your e-mail address, which deactivates an account for security reasons until you requests a new registration mail.

I have reactivated the account for you. It should work now.
