I'm sure that this question may have been aswered before but i havent seen it.

I'm just wondering, who was the person who actually started the TMF?
 
The TMF was founded by a guy named Scott, who used the ID Psycho4048. He'd created several other sites earlier. (Tickling Universe) He had a change of heart about staying part of the community, and left.

That answer things?
