URGENT!! Mummified tickling setup question...

Hey folks,

Not my usual forum these days, but I have a quick question for the mummification fans out there. We're doing a video shoot tonight and we might...underscore MIGHT...have a chance to do some mummified tickling. I've got miles of saran wrap, a long narrow board, etc...

The model will be clothed, by the way. We're a pg-13 shop. 😉

So, since I'm new to this method, any tips, tricks, do's, dont's, etc. from those of you who have done this or are into it? I've asked before and gotten some good basic advice, but I'm looking for any final suggestions or nuances you all might have.

Mummification Precautions

First and foremost, before the shoot, get a pair of 'Bandage Scissors' at any drugstore or surgical supply shop (so in case of any mishaps you can quickly and safely cut the model free without damaging her skin) and keep them handy during the filming. And cut from her head downward to ensure the scissors don't slip and harm her face if this has to be done quickly.

Secondly, being encased in Saran Wrap for any length of time will raise her body temperature, so have some icewater available both to sponge her forehead and for her to drink. Drinking straws are obviously vital since her hands will not be free! Remind her to have a sip now and again even if she thinks it's unnecessary- dehydration creeps up on a person in this 'predicament'.

She'll also probably be dripping wih sweat by the end of the filming, so have her bring a change of clothes. If you're 'PG-13' as you say, she simply may be shooting in what she wore to the studio.

Hope making the video is both fun and profitable.

If you're gonna mummify a female model, shouldn't you have her in bra and panties, or tank top even. That's still considered PG-13, especially since she'll be covered up anyway. I have to wear less clothes when I'm tickled all over, or I'll start sweating a lot!

We always seem to have drinks with straws around...they figured out early on...for other reasons...that you can't drink too well while tied down for tickling.

I guess the point here, though, is hydration and not inebriation. 😉

Libertine gave you very sound advice...

I do a lot of mumification, but in BDSM context with was and clothes pins. I am yet to do it for the tickling venue. However, much of the technique translates.

The most important things are to have bandage scissors handy to get the subject out fast if needed and to keep them hydrated. From there I can offer some technique ideas.

I like to cut away sections to expose my subject. For your purposes, maybe start with the feet encased and eventually free them and other choice spots on the body.

With my newbies, I do not wrap their faces. I will instead use a cut off foot from a used pair of stockings to cover their head and face, giving them the feel of total encasement with the security of unobstructed airways. I will also use a blindfold and sometimes ear protection like shooting muffs to take away some of their senses.
