Can anyone help, because of the TMF chatroom being down I'm trying to use the one in Yahoo, but I'm having no joy, it keeps saying that I need to go to microsoft/java, but when I go there I can't find any software to download. Please help I'm missing out on the chat

Your machine is looking for a virtual java machine. Several other users have had this issue, if you go to the techincal assistance forum, and read the threads that relate to the chat room from the last month you will find some links that will help. Check the posts by a member named Mitchel thos had the links.
