SITE DOESN'T WORK

At least the pay per view clips do not. Rather than getting a whole membership to a brand new site (read: very little content) I decided to check out the pay per view clips. That way I only pay for what I want...foot tickling. Well they took my money just fine but the links they gave me to download the clips do not work. I get the same error you get when a Yahoo group's bandwidth is used up. Hello? I'm paying for these clips...this is not a free site. To the owner of the site I apologize for speaking out here on the forum but I could find no other way of contacting you to see about either getting what I paid for or getting my money back. I responded to the email that my link and password was sent in but I'm pretty sure that's just an automated email and not an account that a human being reads.

NOTE: These comments and others are retracted below after getting a response...please read on. The threads have been combined to keep everything in one place. Site is fine. You can feel safe in checking it out.

Yes Dallas you are correct i used a credit card to download a file instead of becoming a member and the password I was sent simply did not work and I too did not want to say anything here but there is no way to contact her site as my email was returned as a wrong address.
Id advise anybody not to join or download anything from them until they get their act together.
 
I'll do some investigatiing and let folks know what I come up with. I've also copied this thread to the paysite reviews forum. Thanks for the head's up guys!

Whooa hold your horses guys, there must be a logical explanation here. I have bought several clips from the FRENCH TICKLING pay per view without any problem. As the Veronique site is a FT spin off, I must assume that this is some sort of teething problem.

If you paid through CCbill or whoever, they should be worth contacting with your subscription number, and thus initiate a refund or some sort of explanation.

I will be joining the site in about ten days (so I get at least two months worth of updates) and will let you know how I get on.

Dallas keep following this up; however bear in mind that that the operators behind French Tickling will not be speaking/reading English as a first language.
 
One of the purposes of the forum is to alert people if there is a scam being run out there, or if someone is getting horrible customer service, and/or being ripped off.

If Veronique addresses and fixes these problems, then hooray for her, everyone will forgive her for the start up problems and move on. People realize that when a site first goes up, things may be a little off whack at first. But if the problems aren't addressed, and people have lost money, then we got a problem!

She can come here any time any defend herself.

I'll also e-mail them, and tell them there is a problem, and if enough people do, they'll get the hint. If they don't reply to anyone, then it's a scam and word should be spread through the tickling community not to waste your money there.
 
Apology to Veronique Site Webmaster

Just to let everyone know I finally recieved a reply to my emails and I have in fact been given the clips I paid for. I hereby apologize for getting upset and posting negative feedback about the site. Perhaps I was a bit quick to judge such a newly opened site. I can certainly admit when I am wrong.

My apologies to the owners of Veronique's site. They have apparently been swamped with business and they have taken the time to get my order to me.

To the webmaster of Veronique's site I have replied to your mail with an apology and am doing so here as well in front of everyone so others can see that you do in fact take care of your customers.

Well i for one have not heard from them yet. Dallas can you tell me their email address as Im out 12 dollars still and i would not advise anyone to use that site until they come on the forum and explain why its not working. There is no contact us or anything there and the confirmation email you recieve cant be returned.
 
Their address is [email protected]. I finally recieved a reply and they gave me a special link to get what I paid for. The webmaster said that they were swamped with mail. I got impatient and starting ranting here on the TMF. I guess I had no idea if they'd ever contact me so that's why I was complaining but now that I have been answered and had my order taken care of I can tell you that they do in fact have good intentions and they will answer if you give them a chance to muddle through all the email they have been getting.

Good luck. Be patient like I should have been. They will take care of you!
 
french tickling spinoff

This post is to let all know that I too have emailed Veronica's site and Im happy to report they did respond in a timely fashion and the matter resolved as they sent me links to download the files Ive requested. Hopefully they can soon catch up with the request they are getting and can resolve the issue with their password. I hope we can hear from them soon and let us know. But they are honest ventors and I apologize for reacting to quickly.
