I have just had triple hernia correction, one of them in my belly-button; so now it won't hurt when I'm tickled there!
They shaved my belly and pelvis, and unaccustomed to direct stimulation to the skin, it tickled a great deal when my gown and tubes were moved by the nurse. It was only momentary, and I thank God I was hopped up on morphine, but it was there!
Also, I find that I tickle myself when I use the buzzer to trim my pelvic hair.
It ALSO tickled my ex-gf when I did the same. I lifted her onto the bathroom counter, sat her on a towel, and trimed her. She sat there, gribbed the edges, and shook slightly as she giggled and I trimmed her down. (I also enjoyed her telling me that it itched a little - at least I knew she was thinking about me at work. I told her, "Okay, tell me when it itches and I'll come over and scratch it anytime you like!"
