Has anyone ever had the experience of wearing or giving a woman vibrating panties to wear? In public, private and used the remote control device?

Wow....that would be an intersting situation if the one wearing them was extremely ticklish "down there" and the one with the remote was evil enough to wait till she was in a public place to turn it on and turn it up and the only way she could make it stop was to get outa those undies. Wow.
 
I had an ex wear a remote-controlled, internally-worn vibrator a few times when we were out in public, including at dinner in a restaurant with another couple. The control had a range of a few yards. Fun distracting her.
 
Delightful notion, but...

now turning this around what would this do to you knowing your partner is going through this in public?? would you be able to keep hidden your response or knowledge??? hehe

Depends how ticklish she is "down there" I suppose. Take the supermarket for example. Grocery shopping with her having a huge grin on her face and only the 2 of you know why, that could be a lot of fun for both of you. Flipping on the remote control in the cereal aisle and her falling on the floor laughing hysterically and grabbing her crotch, well...LOL Might want to test her reactions at home first to see which side of the scale she falls on :D
 
Surely there must be a way to modify these devices to attach to, say, both sides of a woman's ribcage. Perhaps even under the arms if they're wearing long sleeves. Time to start experimenting.

I think you overestimate the power of vibrators. ;) It might make you jump once you turn it on, but then it's pretty easily controllable. Most women don't cum like they show it in porn movies, at least not all the time. :)

What I wonder more is: how loud are these things?
