Video company?

Doesn't look like a full fledged production, if I had to guess it looks like something an Instagram model or a Tumblr blog put out. Unfortunately that makes tracking down a source near impossible.
 
It's an odd pair of clips. The production values indicate a phone used for filming probably. The tools and ways the tickling is executed tends to point to someone who has watched other clips for ideas. The poking style is one that few people do on their own without prompting or seeing it somewhere.

Also the Ler is different in each clip. (Tattoos are your friend for IDing people)

So these have the feel of someone wanting to get views for a sit/blog/insta, and involving a few friends for it. I wager you can turn up a few more out there, but finding the original source will be quite hard.
