No ones really sure how they get there. One day you just wake up and your there, and the only thing you know is that your lost in a strange new world. Dorothy woke up in the Underworld two years ago. This Underworld however is not ruled by the dead, but by creatures of all shapes and sizes. Items known as charms litter the land, giving it's possessor strange, and mystical powers. Spirits walk freely with mortals, and creatures of legend and myth do as well.

As the land stills after Dorothy's fantastic battle with Halloween life goes on, but it's not easy. Love's are lost and only appear to them while fast asleep, and new dangers and creatures more powerful than Halloween emerges. Join Dorothy as she once again takes sword in hand to defend those who can't defend themselves.

After Halloween
Kelly has become withdrawn after her teacher and family is lost to Halloween. Molly and Dorothy return to their old lives, but are still plagued with thoughts and dreams of their lost loves. When Molly and Kelly finally put aside their own grief and help Dorothy get past her own they are brought closer together as a family. With a few laughs along the way.

Peril
Even in the Underworld feet enthusiasts exist, but not everyone is on the level. Some like to take photos, others like to take people and never let them go. While out Kelly learns this lesson the hard way.

Super Power
Dorothy is captured by three girls who claim the jack-of-all-trades woman can't be trusted with her powers. Tickled to near insanity Dorothy must endure and realize old rivals have a way of coming back.

Their Day
When Dorothy learns Alice wants to be a jack-of-all-trades agent just like her Dorothy decides to teach her there is more at stake than the job itself and the young princess finds herself at the mercy of a merciless Dorothy.

Molly
After Receiving a big job Dorothy decides to take everyone to a spa, but the vacation is put on hold when Dorothy is captured by a six armed giant who loves to make girl's laugh, and Molly vanishes without a trace.

Reaper
There's a legend in the underworld about a man who calls himself the Reaper. He wears a black cape, and holds a large scythe, and can raise the dead.

Little Molly
Hidden somewhere deep in the forests of the underworld a group of wingless fairies exist, and one's in the market for a bride. And Molly, and Dorothy aren't quiet ready to make such a commitment.

A Vengeful Ghost
One of the great mysteries about the underworld revolves around the ghosts. Why don't they haunt graveyards? Why are some attached to charms? Why would any of them seek revenge?

The Spoiled Princess
Who do you blame when a rich girl acts the way she does? The parents? Her Guardians? In the underworld things aren't so easy.. Who do you blame when the girl acts the way she does when her only guardian is a ghost? And her advisors are living dolls? And she has 12 hours before she and her castle vanish from a curse?

Halloween
What do you say to the most vicious, and powerful creature that ever existed? Who's part human, vampire, and demon? Who's been dead for one thousand years? How about. Welcome back!?

A bit quiet around here,it is. Anyway, I'd like to say this is yet another exellent piece of cover art by Kalamos (I can't comment on the story because I haven't read it). As always, the characters are at the same time cuddly and dead serious (especially the multi-armed ticker). I've said it before, but Kalamos' characters are flawlessly drawn.
This looks like yet another great cooperation by the two of you! 🙂

Vintage Kalamos! Dorothy is most attractive, but in a tested, world-weary way, her fresh face and obvious youth a potent contrast to her warlike outfit and wounds, while the candid resting pose (boots removed to comfort post-conflict fatigue) handsomely fulfills the fetish requirements! The dour, muddy grays and browns of the pallet are enlivened by splotches of scarlet (suggestive of blood, both in the spilled battle sense and in recognition of Dorothy's vitality). The background bony architecture looms in ominous promise of struggle to come... no one handles martial themes better than Kal!

What can I add to Littlebighead's extensive review? The sample pic is absolutly brilliant. I love the dark mix of medieval and modern elements. It is a perfect fantasy pic, yet the one exposed sole caters to our fetish needs 🙂. (the paternoster anklet is a cool detail too!)

What can I add to Littlebighead's extensive review?

I know how you might be feeling now: I am almost overwhelmed, incapable of finding a suitable reply to such an insightful and extensive commentary.

The most immediate reward a drawer can get is... attention.
So, I would like to thank LBH for his words and support.

It is a perfect fantasy pic, yet the one exposed sole caters to our fetish needs 🙂. (the paternoster anklet is a cool detail too!)

The char itself is actually patterned after a woman - several women, actually - I know.
I sometimes feel it easier to create a more lifelike, lively character and setting, when I am literally drawing from my own mental archive of real features and actual people.

So, I guess my second word of gratitude goes to those people I patterned my characters after.
Most of them will be unlikely to know about it, but they helped me a lot, even if it simply meant posing for a quick shot with my trusty camera, while they were running to or fro, minding their own business.

Third, I want to say thanks to you, Scavenger, for taking notice of the smaller details.
It's people like you I try harder to come up with the tiniest bit of detail and obscure geek stuff.

I tried to portray a seemingly innocent moment of respite from combat, something that could work as a candid shot, grabbed while the character, Dorothy, was resting after a long walk, or a bloody fight.

More like a trek through sandy soils, actually...

Somehow, I find anklets can look very sensual, especially on a harder character such as this one, covered from head to toe with combat bits and magical paraphernalia.
The anklet could be a mystical implement, or just a softer piece of personal decoration.
And I thought it looked good.

It is actually one of my favourite decorative devices: an amber drop and a leaf-shaped flake.
I like to mix and match small bits of jewellery shaped like beads and leaves, or tears and small chains.

As an extra bit of info, among the various pieces of equipment Dorothy is wearing, I added a mystical item only videogame geeks would recognise.
It foreshadows some future stuff, so I will not divulge more. Yet.
Let's see if you can spot it.
